Lorraine Loria: Wild About Friends

Dokimos graduate (2014) Lorraine Loria has written her third children’s book. She wrote her first book, Wild About Manners, in 2013, and she is very excited for the release of the sequel, Wild About Friends, in the summer! Lorraine says, “Wild About Friends is a fun and fast-paced story about a boy named Sam and his school friends as they prepare for a very special night. All through Sam’s busy day, he imagines how each friend can help him prepare for the big event. All Sam’s friends are helpful in their own unique way. The surprise ending is sure to make both readers and listeners smile!” Lorraine came up with the concept for the story with her cousin, Bonnie Spino, who is also the illustrator.
